Caitlin Stubbs
account director
Our longest-standing account director, Caitlin has been swimming in the big fish shoal since 2012. She’s worked with Charlie Bigham’s since her first day, spent years with Yeo Valley Organic and helped in the creation of Freddie’s Flowers – she even came up with their rallying cry, “it’s flowerful stuff!”.
Caitlin inherited her designer parents’ eye for all things creative and although she claims not to have acquired their design skills, she has had a dozen hairstyles since arriving here. So while you may not find her wielding a paintbrush, you will find her getting stuck into all areas of a project and has made many a presentation mock-up in her time. Her favourite projects are brand transformations – working out how to turn a brand in need of help into something spectacular – and she goes weak at the knees for a spreadsheet, waving her wand to turn chaos into an organised work of art.
When not at work, she can usually be found running around after her young daughter, going on long walks in Richmond Park, memorising London bus routes or plane spotting.
