Jake is responsible for the planning, execution and implementation of promotional marketing campaigns across all big fish clients – from start to finish, including reporting and analysis.
He looks after on-pack promotions, on-pack and online loyalty schemes, games and competitions and eCRM, including email marketing and the maintenance of consumer databases for our clients. As promotional marketing director, he also acts as big fish data processing officer and is familiar and compliant with all aspects of the GDPR.
Jake has over 25 years’ experience in promotional marketing – having worked in a previous life on award-winning campaigns for the likes of Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and Masterfoods.
He joined big fish in 2011 and, since then, has delivered over 50 on-pack promotions for clients ranging from Yeo Valley to Whole Earth and Charlie Bigham’s. He also launched – and continues to run – Yeokens, the UK’s biggest FMCG brand loyalty scheme and is continually driving innovation in promotional marketing techniques.
When not in the big fish studio, Jake can be found at Brentford FC – who he has followed since childhood – or at a point-to-point race meeting, watching bad horses running slowly round a muddy field in wet or cold weather.
