Having been with big fish® for over a decade, Rob has worked with virtually every business we’ve helped start, transform and grow in that period. He brings commercial and consumer clarity to our brand transformation and startup projects, helping to shape business models, identify commercial opportunities, build direct-to-consumer businesses, define brand strategies and develop marketing plans.
Rob has an in-depth background in technology and has worked as a software developer, a data analyst, a UX strategist, and a digital marketer. He brings this experience to bear across all our clients, but in particular the direct-to-consumer and retail businesses that we’ve worked with such as Freddie’s Flowers, Picnic, Riverford and sofa.com.
Before coming to big fish Rob worked as a journalist, at one point covering war crimes trials while based in Sarajevo, and remains a dedicated writer.
