Stephi began her career in the world of wine, cutting her teeth doing marketing, events and PR before running the studio and all client accounts for a specialist wine design agency, where she worked on the labels and names of hundreds of wine brands. As a super-keen cook, a move into food branding was inevitable, so in 2016 Stephi joined big fish as an account manager and now waves her wand as our interim client services director. Stephi takes ultimate responsibility for our clients’ happiness and gets super analytical to help us improve the way we do things, for both those clients and the business itself.
In her time here, she’s worked with Belvoir, Good Hemp, Robert’s, Butcher’s, Skinner’s, PicNic, National Trust and Dorset Cereals, to name just a few. Her favourite projects are brand transformations, especially those with lots of consumer research where we’re responding creatively and strategically to a true consumer insight, and above all, she loves the big reveal, when founders and their teams see their new brand for the first time.
Stephi was once an avid traveller but since becoming a mother she’s clipped her wings with an increased awareness of her environmental impact with her son’s future in mind. She explores her love of other cultures through food, and when not cooking, she can be found hanging out in the breweries of Walthamstow, doting on her cats, listening to true crime and murder mysteries, or exploring her love of disco, musicals and a good night’s sleep!
