Tim joined big fish in February 2023. He is a chartered accountant with over 20 years mergers & acquisitions expertise, having advised a broad range of consumer-focused businesses on exits and private equity fund raisings, whilst at Rothschild, Deloitte and Grant Thornton.
Tim is a former Insider “Regional Deal Maker of the Year” and is passionate about working with entrepreneurial businesses to help them grow and build shareholder value.
More recently, Tim was CEO of Skinner’s, the UK’s leading family-owned working dog food brand, for over three years, accelerating the growth of the Skinner’s brand over this period.
Tim enjoyed working with Perry and the big fish® team so much on the Skinner’s re-brand, that when the opportunity arose to join Perry as his business partner at big fish® he jumped at it.
Tim lives in Suffolk with his wife and four teenage children (and Tigger the Norfolk Terrier!).
Outside of work, Tim loves good food & drink and all things sports / endurance related. He has cycled from Land’s End to John O’ Groats four times, completed two full distance IronMan triathlons, and loves the mountains, sea and life generally in the great outdoors.
