Being a B Corp isn’t about simply attaining a certificate. It’s about joining and supporting a movement that has developed some practical ways of making a difference both socially and economically.
It took us nearly two years to bring about all the changes in our business required to achieve our B Corp certification. That process has helped us better understand our business and what we can do to make it a more fulfilling place to work. It holds us to account on important issues that are often overlooked or not prioritised by conventionally run firms.
