PA Office Manager
Minimum of 3 years’ experience

£30-40k, full-time, 5 days a week at our offices in Chelsea Wharf, Lots Road, London SW10 0QJ.



What we’re looking for

We’re seeking an experienced and highly professional Office Manager and PA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, efficiency, and professionalism.

As the heart of our business, you will need to be ruthlessly organised, flexible, imaginative, and incredibly charming. You will be responsible for managing our founder’s diary, as well as other senior members of staff, anticipating and tackling problems before they arise, and keeping the whole office ship-shape and client-ready at all times.

The successful candidate will thrive under pressure and be a detail-oriented individual with excellent numeracy and administrative skills. You will also be tech-savvy and able to quickly pick up new systems, including Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, Trello, and Apple technology.

Must haves

  • You’ll need a proactive attitude and always be keen to jump in and help out
  • You perform well under pressure; you’re robust, with a level head and plenty of common sense
  • You’re detail-oriented and can pick up small mistakes and typos a mile off
  • You’re numerate and have got great admin skills
  • You’re tech savvy and can quickly pick up new systems. Experience with Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, Trello and Apple technology is desirable


Responsibilities

Senior leadership team diary management
Deal with the demands of multiple stakeholders with charm and efficiency
Manage diaries of senior staff
Juggle priorities to ensure smooth office operations
Organise events as needed
Ensure stocks of office supplies, food, and drink are maintained
Manage all utilities and cleaning services for the office
Manage all catering
Look after us all!
