Together with Jim Averdieck (who we previously created the Gü brand with) we wanted to create a brand that would be able to go beyond dairy, work across a wide range of categories and help the coconut farming industry get back on its feet.
Together, we formed The Coconut Collaborative, whose mission was to bring together other like-minded “coconutters” and create amazing things from this incredible drupe.
