Frobisher’s
Our aim with Frobisher’s was to make their excellent range of fruit drinks stand out – particularly when it came to their appeal for the adult market.

To that end, we positioned them as alcohol alternatives: more than good enough to stand on their own, with the strapline “Courage without the Dutch”. For the brand’s focus, we drew on the history of real-life 16th-century adventurer Martin Frobisher, giving him a rich backstory of tall tales on the high seas, complete with fruity language and period-pastiche illustration. The result was a drinks brand that looks and sounds like no other.
