Many of our clients are already in a pretty good place before they arrive at our door. This was just such a journey – from ‘good to great’ as we like to put it – and required careful building on previous successes.

St Pierre had a top product in all things baked, but a brand that simply wasn’t working hard enough and left it feeling largely invisible. This was especially the case in the US where they most wanted to perform well.

We set about building them a compelling brand identity to maximise value and saleability. This included a strong brand positioning and a unique brand narrative to elevate the pack designs and help them work harder on shelf.

Happily they are now closing in on their ambitions and have gained numerous new listings across the States: they’ve led the category to grow by 63% and more than doubled their revenue to more than £150m … ça c’est magnifique!
